RESEARCH INTO REFLECTION OF STEAM FLOWS FROM HEATED SURFACES DURING ELECTRON BEAM EVAPORATION OF METALS
Abstract
This article presents the results of research into processes of revaporation during vacuum condensation of such metals as copper, nickel, iron, titanium. It was ascertained the effect of the substratum temperature as also the speed of condensation and the temperature of melting of the studied metals on the forming of condensates. It was found out the critical temperature of the substrate (Tcr), above which the condensation process is missing. It was determined the influence of revaporation on the thickness of the condensed layer at temperatures T< (less) Tcr and it was carried out the evaluation of activation energies of revaporation atoms.
